Location: 171 Lees Ave, 14th floor. Current rental: $1753.27 Hydro, internet are not included. AC available. Unfurnished. This unit is already month by month, the rental will increase from February every year. One underground parking lot $120/month, which can be cancelled. Parking fees for indoor and outdoor are increased for new lease, I do recommend you keep it if you have a car. What you need to pay me before we sign a lease transfer agreement, please make sure you are OK with below: 1. The last month rental $1649, which I paid when I moved in. The property management will transfer my last month rental to you. 2. $50 deposit for the underground garage gate controller. If you don’t need underground parking, you can cancel it, the deposit will be a deduction from your next month rental. 3. $150 lease transfer fee. If you would like to takeover the lease, you have to transfer me 1649+50= $1699, the lease transfer fee will pay to the rental office. You can schedule a view before making decisions. If you would like to sign the lease transfer agreement, bring your photo ID and income proof, so we can go to the rental office once you transfer the amount above.
