| Large, fully furnished room available for August, within a four bedroom townhouse in Old Ottawa South. The rent is $600/month, all-inclusive. Female only (the other roommates are as well). The room comes with a queen sized bed, shelves, sit-stand desk, office chair, closet, minifridge and microwave. There is non-coined operated laundry in the basement. There is no parking or yard, but there is a nice grassy laneway in the back, and a little balcony. Only two other girls will be here during the summer - one is a student, and one just graduated from a MA program. If you’re interested in the room, please let me know what you do (student, work etc.), that you are a woman, and that you understand that the room is only available from August 1st until August 31st. |
