| Only for International student (female). Room is in basement of house (bungalow) located on Maitland Avenue, about 20-minute walk to Algonquin College. Rental includes Wi-Fi connection and all utilities. Room is furnished and it has a large walk-in closet. Basement has a kitchen, bathroom, and laundry-room. There are 3 female International students on the ground-floor (from Africa / India) therefore preference will be given to a female student who is from those regions for better harmony and cultural fit. No smoking nor pets. Available July 1st or it could be held / reserved for August 1st for the right student, if in case a student isn't ready to move in for July.
