| Hey! Looking for a down to Earth, pragmatic person in their late 20s early 30s to share my boho loft flat. Looking to share more than the rent with some occasional team cooking and maybe some boardgaming here and there! These days I'm super into cooking, photography, hiking/camping, DJing, reading pysch books, poetry, raving, comedy, vinyl. All that jazz. Just got a beautiful big couch for all sorts of fun entertaining too. Move in can be anytime between now and Feb. 1st. though there's some flexibility on timing if it's a match made in heaven. The apartment is located on the third story of a house in Chinatown, right across a park that's super lovely in the summer : ) Also, solid access to the 10, 11, and 14 busses as well as a lot of walkable neighborhood grocery options.
