| Rent: $1200 Available: 1 June 2024 1 bedroom Furnished and 1 full bath available on 1 June 24, in Echowoods, Stittsville, near the corner of Carp Rd and Hazeldean Rd. This bright, beautiful home boasts a stunning kitchen, central air, internet, a fenced backyard, parking on the driveway or road at no extra cost, among other bonuses. Landscaping and snow removal is also covered. The room has a three door sliding closet with extra shelving, black out curtains, bed and towel linens as well, in addition to the furniture included. The house is close to several nature hiking trails that my two dogs and I frequently explore. Its a nice feeling of being in the woods without being too far from civilization. As mentioned, I have two medium sized dogs that are well behaved but do have some energy. One has a higher pitched voice that I like to be upfront with the reader and sorry, no other animals will be allowed in the house. The house is a five min drive from local amenities such as Farm Boy, Independent, Tim Hortons, among other stores. In rush hour, it's approximately 30 mins of driving to head to the downtown core if you were to leave from the house about 8 am. On the other hand, the neighborhood is pretty quiet most of the day, which supports a good work environment for the remote worker. I simply ask that chores are divided fairly, that the dogs could be let out and fed on occasion when I can't and that rent is paid a couple days in advance of the end of the month. Utilities are about $200-250/month, which is INCLUDED in the $1200 rent. Most rooms in the area of the same caliber run $900-1100 prior to adding utilities. Preference to individuals.
