| Hello, We have a C-style bachelor unit available at Imperial Apartments as of mid-September to October 1st, 2024. This unit is located on our 7th floor. Please note that washers, dryers, and dishwashers, including portable units, are prohibited within the rental unit. We offer FOB-secured laundry facilities on the floor, with washing starting at $3.00 and drying at $2.45, depending on your settings. The Coinamatic smartcard system allows you to load your laundry card directly from the mailroom using debit or credit. Tenants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining rental insurance during their tenancy. Portable AC units are welcome during the warmer seasons, but window units are prohibited unless over a balcony. Additionally, we have an outdoor pool available in the summer. As we transition to a smoke-free property, new tenants are not permitted to smoke in their units but may do so on balconies if applicable. Older tenants will be phased into smoke-free units upon turnover. Parking is available at an additional cost, ranging from $150.00 to $200.00 per vehicle per month, depending on whether the spot is outdoor, covered, or garage parking. Although we will not have parking until sometime in September 2024 due to some repairs in the parking areas. Imperial Apartments features 24-hour video surveillance and GardaWorld Security patrols, as well as a Rogers Lobby Watch channel for added security.
