| Rent + utilities = $850 (wifi & utilities included) This is a 5-month sublet and the tenant will be expected to move-out by September 30th, as I will be returning on October 1st. I am looking for a responsible tenant to move into my 1 bedroom sublet for May 1st. For those worried about noise, you will be living with 3 male university students in their late 20’s and 30’s whose excessive party days are over. The sublet is located is within walkable distance of UOttawa, the Rideau Centre, and the Otrain, and there is a Loblaws and a convenience store across the street to make for easy grocery shopping. The sublet includes one fully-furnished bedroom with some storage options in the living room and basement. Obviously, if there are some larger items that you would like to bring with you to have in the bedroom, I am willing to put some of my things in storage. It is part of a three floor, 4 person rental unit that, aside from the rooms, includes a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, and a basement area. The kitchen includes a microwave, toaster oven, fridge, deepfreeze, and lots of cupboard storage. There is also a coin wash in the back of the unit and potential to negotiate with my landlord on the unit’s parking options. |
