| Hey all landlords!!! We are a young family in need of a new home. Our current landlord is wanting to sell our rental so we are looking for somewhere new to go. We are a family that takes pride of where we live. We believe in pride of ownership. We do not do drugs. Smoke, or have pets. Our kids are aged 5,4, & 2. The 2 oldest share a room so we are looking for 3 bedroom 2+ bath house here in orleans. Could be single family home or townhouse. We open to options. Preferable we are looking for a long term rental. We have been in this house for almost 6 years to give you an idea. We are looking to move as soon as possible so our landlord can list his property!
