| Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a 7 bedroom all girls house. Looking for someone who could take over within the next month. Great for college/ university students. The lease is until June with opportunity for resigning. The rent is $925 and has 3 bathrooms, WIFI, and a washer and dryer in the house. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, dresser, nightstand, desk and chair, mirror, and a nice spacious closet. The house is in a good community with stuff all in walking distance. Algonquin College is only a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus on the 87. Let me know if you are interested in taking over my lease! |
