| Welcome! :) I'm renting a room in my condo, located on Bay & Queen. LRT Lyon station and different bus stops are just a 2 minute walking distance. Rideau Centre 20-25 minute walk, Parliament 10 minute walk. I am a studying Doctor in medical school. I don't spend all my time here, its a mix of here and my parents house and studying at the school. The washroom is shared with two other people, kitchen and living room shared as well. There's a mix of male and female living here, but we're all professionals. One is a Banker the other is an engineer. Utilities are included in price (wifi, water, heat, hydro). Laundry is in the building, coin operated ($1.50 for washing and $1.50 for drying). Parking is not available. Our building doesn't allow smoking (neither ciagarrets and/or cannabis). No animals please (there's a person with allergy) and no parties. Fully furnished. $900 Month to month lease, however 6 months minimum. First and last months required with one month notice of leaving. Room available for moving in. I live in one room with my partner, we have our own separate bathroom. You'll be sharing another bathroom with two other professionals, kitchen and living room area shared :). I have zero tolerance for aggressive people and rude behaviour I am friendly well travelled and studied and on good terms with all current and past tenants.
