| Furnished room for summer sublet for a woman in Centretown, Ottawa. The sublet is from July 1 - September 1, with the possibility of a one year extension. It's a 15 minute bus ride to Carleton, and a 25 minute bus ride to UOttawa. It's a 10 minute walk away to some Asian grocery stores, and a 15 minute walk to an Independent. There are five other women sharing this house, they keep to themselves. There are two full bathrooms, although you will be designated to one of them. Appliances include washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc. The room will be fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and dresser. The rent includes utilities. There will be an extra $20 for wifi, but that can be negotiated with me. The room is pet-friendly for cats only. |
