The apartment is fully furnished with nice furniture and high-quality mattresses. It is located 50 meters from the front doors of the University of Ottawa at Henderson Avenue and Somerset Street. The bedroom is quite cozy and private, located in the back of the apartment. It’s fitted with: a double mattress and bedding, desk and a dresser, a side table and a lamp. In the apartment, there is a large open concept kitchen with all the kitchen gadgets, a spacious living room with a TV and leather couches. High-speed fibre optics Bell internet is included. There is a beautiful large private deck with patio furniture and a sweet BBQ set up. Coin laundry is available in the building. A private parking may be available at an extra cost. This apartment is especially ideal for a quiet professional or someone seeking privacy since the bedrooms are separated by a hallway and you would only have one roommate in the apartment with you.
