| Room for rent one block from maitland avenue exit. Price includes internet but NOT UTILITIES. Water, hydro and gas come out to about $75 total/month for each tenant. Last month’s rent is required to reserve the room, and first month’s rent is due May 1st. 5 tenants live in the house total. The shared space is the top 2 floors for 4 of us. The basement is a private apartment. Currently we are 4 clean males between 25-35 years old that work full-time.We are looking for a clean housemate, as we are somewhat strict on keeping the public spaces clean and sharing household chores. 2 well trained dogs and 1 cat live in the house, so we would have to see what your pet is like with them before allowing another animal to move in. No cats or dogs allowed that haven’t been fixed. We have a washer and dryer in the kitchen (not a coin one), but no dishwasher. We are looking to start viewings this Sunday April 21st.
