| Rent is 800$ + 1/3 of the internet/utilities. Looking to sublet our second bedroom starting on May 1st. There are two of us in the other bedroom. It's an apartment in a multi-storied building. You will neex your own furniture for the room, but the rest of the house is furnished. Parking available but extra. The sublease is month to month, you will just need to give us 3 weeks notice before leaving. Other queer people preferred, but otherwise first come, first serve.
