I leave early on weekday mornings and some weekends, so the roommate will have access to the indoor garage spot, which can accommodate large vehicles as it is 18ft by 10ft. I am a young professional working in healthcare and am very experienced in living with roommates. I’m hoping to find a female roommate that is a student or working professional. The kitchen, living room, and laundry room are shared spaces. The lower level bedroom can either be furnished or unfurnished. Utilities will be included with this price!
