| One bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment. Lease starts December 15th or January 1st, or any time in between, and ends August 31st, 2025 with a possibility to extend. This is the second of two bedrooms in a beautiful newly-renovated garden apartment. The first bedroom is currently occupied by a young professional and their small dog (pictured). There is one shared washroom in the apartment. Suitable for another responsible and quiet student or young working professional. There is already a small dog on site and this rental is likely not suitable for other pets, but this can be discussed. The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the unit will be furnished, including kitchenwares, a tv, and even outdoor furniture. The unit has a front and back porch, as well as an extra backyard terrace, outdoor storage, ample closet space, coin laundry on-site (with private access to basement from this unit only), tall ceilings, great interior lighting, and lots of natural light. Kitchen appliances are on site (some photos were taken during the renovation) and the heating is hot water radiator which is very effective, but there is no dishwasher or central air conditioning. Parking may be negotiated, but please inquire if you require a parking spot. Close to U Ottawa, Byward Market, Rideau Street, many beautiful parks, a 24-hour Quickie, and multiple transit lines. Neighbourhood is a great mix of students, young working professionals, families, and more. It is a very quiet area despite being so close to Rideau. Please respond with some information about yourself, and some times you are available to meet with the landlord and the current tenant for a viewing, as well as any questions you may have. |
