With 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms over two levels, there is a LOT of living space, and you’ll never feel crowded. House has a total of 4 levels, a large backyard, perfect for having friends over in the summer time. The following are within walking distance: Mooney’s Bay - 5 minutes Hog’s Back - 10 minutes O Train - 10 minutes Billings Bridge - 20 minutes OC Transpo route 90 a 3 minute walk away, O-Train replacement bus is a 10 minute walk. Students are well placed - 20 minutes to Carleton, 30 minutes to Ottawa U, 30 minutes to Algonquin. . If you have an animal, we would just need to have a meet and greet to make sure all the animals will get along. Everyone in the house gets along, but we all do our own thing as well.
