| I am looking for someone (female only ) to take over my lease for a solo room (Room D), with a flexible move-in date starting in Jan 2025(or February, due to the holiday season). This is a direct lease transfer with the apartment management. One-year lease, $1570/month (Negotiable) for the first year. The lease renewal decision is made every February. Utilities are included (electricity, water, and heating – essential in winter). Wi-Fi is included (Bell, quite stable). The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and nightstand. The common area includes a sofa, dining table, and in-unit washer and dryer! If any maintenance is needed, you can submit requests online, and someone will come to assist. It’s a 10-minute walk to the University of Ottawa, with 24-hour security and package delivery services.
