| Available May 1 until October 31. Located Downtown Owen Sound, 5-10 minute drive to Georgian College, grocery, bank, convenience, gas, restaurants and hiking trails. Utilities and Rogers high speed internet included. Futon bed, bedside table, lamp, desk, chair, dresser, large closet and large opening window in the room. Kitchen and bathroom is shared with me (20 year old female). Parking available and free shared laundry in building. Microwave, toaster, stove/oven and half the fridge available to you along with a few cupboards in the kitchen. I have a dog. He is a friendly Labrador Retriever who will be staying in my room. Looking for a very clean, tidy and quiet person who will respect my home and maintain its clean state. It’s a clean and quiet apartment that is smoke free. Absolutely no visitors allowed. I will not be having visitors either. Completely quiet after 11pm on weekdays. Must be full time student or full time employed. E TRANSFER ONLY. |
