No pets/no smoking in house, no small fridges, heater/microwaves in bedroom. Street Parking only, driveway is occupied. Quiet street, and winter parking is allowed. At least 6 months is expected. (30 days move out notice required, more if possible as a courtesy). First and last required. House is furnished, the bedroom is not (a queen bed can be available). You will have your own bed, dresser, linens, and bath towels. Bathroom/shower is on 2nd floor with shared en-suite bathroom with one other. ****I work at home.
