The room has one good size closet. You must provide your own bedding and towels please. Shared use of the bathroom upstairs with the homeowners and their adult daughter. Shared use of the kitchen ( must purchase own groceries, but have full use of pots, pans, dishes etc). Shared use of the living room, dining room and family room. Shared use of backyard ( bbq, deck, fireplace and hot tub).Friends and family are welcome to come and visit. Laundry on site. You must purchase your own high efficiency laundry products please. The house is located in the North end of Peterborough and is close to Trent University and Masters Bible College. In walking distance to bus stop for Fleming College students. Mature working adults or students welcome. No Ontario Works or OSPD please. No pet’s allowed. The homeowners already have three dogs and one senior cat. Absolutely No Drugs ( including cannabis) or No Vaping! The room is for single occupancy only please. No sharing. Rent is payable by cash or e transfer only. A rental agreement is required upon acceptance of the room and first and last months’ rent is also required upon acceptance. Close to Walmart and other amenities.
