| Hi everyone, I have one bedroom available in a two-story student house (duplex). Currently living in the house are two females and two males all in our final year of undergraduate/graduate studies at Trent. The bedroom available is on the main floor, all-inclusive for $625 a month, the lease start date is August 1st to give time to prepare for the upcoming school year. It is located at 695 Otonabee Dr. approximately 12 minutes from Trent by car or 25 minutes via direct bus route. There are amenities nearby including; restaurants, grocery stores (located in Willowcreek Plaza), convenience stores, and more. There are no parking spots available.
