| Hi! We are two female Trent students looking for a third roommate. I am in my fourth year of the Teachers Education Stream (History major) and my roommate is just finishing up her PhD. I do have a cat so beware if you have allergies. We keep our common spaces tidy and welcoming and are looking for a clean and respectful roommate. There is a big backyard that we share with the couple (one student one working professional) who live downstairs. They do have a couple of dogs. There is shared laundrey (not coin operated). The rent ($675 a month) includes everything except wifi which we have setup fibre optic and it comes out to $11.30ea a month. Students are encouraged to reach out. Available as of Oct 1st move in day. However landlord is open to a Nov 1st move in day as well. No canine or feline pets (we are maxed). No parking available. Current pictures of the room are available upon request (the floor has been redone and the room has been repainted since the included picture was taken). We were not able to obtain permission to post updated pictures from the current tenant. |
