| TO CLARIFY: I do NOT have a room currently available. I am looking for someone else to look for an apartment together due to insane prices for one-bedrooms across London, and other apps like Roomies or marketplace are incredibly hit or miss when it comes to finding people. Hey! I’m John, a laid-back, easygoing person working full-time managing finances for local restaurants. In my free time, I enjoy watching F1 and football, gaming, reading, and studying. I usually plan for the week by doing meal prep and chores on the weekends, which helps me free up time during the week. I’m looking for a roommate who shares similar interests, is willing to split chores, and ideally falls within the same age range. It’s important to me that we respect each other’s privacy while still enjoying a comfortable communal living space. I am ideally looking for a place in the downtown area of London due to my work being situated there. My total budget is around $1100 including utilities/internet/etc. So rent would be around $1000 or so for each of us (2000-2200 total).
