| Hello, we are seeking a roommate to share a cozy two-bedroom apartment. We are looking for someone who is respectful, clean, quiet and non-smoking. Your room will be furnished with a single mattress, comforter, desk, chair, lamp, and a closet. The rent includes all utilities (internet, electricity, and access to an in-unit washer and dryer). Parking is available for an additional $40 if you have a car. The location is very convenient—just a 10-minute walk to Nosfill, 5 minutes to the bank, library, coffee shop, pizza shop, and tennis courts. The building also features a gym. The bus stop is a one-minute walk away, and a new subway station is being built five minutes away, expected to open this year. Renting will be on a month-to-month basis. You will need to provide the first and last month's rent upfront. If you decide to move out, please give us a 30-day notice. Our previous roommate stayed with us for two and a half years until he had to move out due to work relocation. You will be sharing the apartment with my boyfriend and me. We are young working professionals who enjoy vegetarian food, gardening, hiking, and are very friendly. Please note that the building does not allow pets. Intersection is Weston and Eglinton. You can move in by May 15th or June 1st |
