Apartment is fully furnished apart from the available room, which has a huge double-door closet, extra storage space, and a CN-Tower view. The apartment has central AC, en-suite washer/dryer, a clawfoot tub PLUS separate standing shower, dishwasher, and large rooftop deck with a BBQ! All utilities included. While the unit is technically a 3-bed, the 3rd bedroom is used as a library/office. Since I work full-time in a hospital, you can have the office if you work remotely. I already have a fully furnished kitchen and living room, you would only need to furnish your bedroom. The apartment is a 3-minute walk to the 505 (Dundas) 506 (College) streetcars and 47 (Lansdowne) bus - also a 10-minute walk to Lansdowne station on the Line 2 subway. Super close to lots of great restaurants, bars, and breweries - also a nice walk to parks and farmer’s markets. Sorry but no pets!
