The living room and dining room can seat 10 people. We are looking for 2 young women who will fit into this calm and respectful lifestyle. The smaller bedroom has a single bed, desk 2 closets and a private sink - $695. The other bedroom is slightly larger and has a large balcony - $725. Some furnishing is possible. Rent includes all utilities including Wifi. There is no parking available. Both rooms are available May 1 with a 12 month lease only.
