Sharing kitchen and 3-piece bathroom with 2 other students.) International students are also welcome. - No room sharing allowed. No overnight visitors. 12-month lease to sign. 1st & last months' rent in cash. - Proof of residential status in Canada, full-time student status, and funds for rent is required. - Returning renting students need to show original rent receipts. Credit check, or equivalent. Other documents may be required. - Fulltime students who want to contact landlord may want to have the following documents ready: 1. passport, 2. visa, 3. work permit, 4. air ticket or boarding pass (Home students: passport & past 2 phone bills as proof of residence and past 5 months of bank statements in place of credit check) 5. original letter of admittance from college 6. proof of funds for rent while studying in college, such as GICs and most recent bank statements, etc. Students who prefer to pay more than first and last months’ rent can propose. - Don't send us any documents until you have contacted us and are asked to, and unless they are complete.
