| Beautiful bright room for rent. Only accepting students, reserve the right to refuse anyone. The rent is $850 a month, requires first and last month rent. Need 2 references. Renter needs to be clean, quite, abd have ethical behaviour. No smoking,, vaping or cannabis use or drinking on property. No over night guest. Only quite, respectful friends should be invitec over. Internet is included. Full use of kitchen and common area. Expected to clean up areas used after each use. If there is any problems please let me know and we work it out together. The room is in a 2 bedroom apartment. You will be sharing with a black middle age friendly, pleasant female. Thank you for your interest, only the person choosen will be contacted.
