| Please read ad as lots of details. Might be far fetched, but recently bought & moved into an ocean side house in Newfoundland. It is 4 bedroom house and can have 1 of the bedrooms upstairs. It is just myself and my 2 dogs on main level (not upstairs) and possibly a retired sister with her dog (not sure IF or even when she will come here). The house needs lots of renovations. So am looking for a compatible FEMALE house-mate to pay the electricity costs for the house, cook and keep the house clean so can personally focus on the renovations. The ocean is literally in the backyard (just feet away). The house is on a quiet dead end street in a small town. Canada post office is about 700m away. FREE weekly shuttle bus service to do errands and grocery shopping available. Am a quiet living peaceful individual, do not party, do not smoke, do not entertain, etc. My 2 dogs do not go upstairs as I have the main level bedroom. Prefer non-vaxxed Christian for common beliefs and no arguments. |
