| **One Person** (NO- COUPLES) We are looking for one roommate. The room will be ready for August 1st move in $1300/month Spacious room on the second floor of an end-unit townhouse. This room is furnished with a queen-sized bed and Ikea computer desk. South and west-facing windows with ample natural light during the day. You'll be sharing the house with the owners -two professionals, a cat, and one other roommate who occupies a room on the basement floor. The bathroom on the second floor will be private to you most of the time, except, occasionally, when we have Airbnb guests occupying the other room on the same floor. The common area includes a living room kitchen and balcony located on the first floor. Please respect the others you live with and clean up after yourself. No smoking inside the house. ****Please note that we own a cat in the house, so no other pets are allowed. Skip this post if you have a cat allergy or do not like cats. **** It is a 10-minute walking distance to Warden Subway (or walk two minutes to the bus stop at the end of our street and take the bus for two stops to the subway). A subway ride to downtown Toronto is within half an hour. Utilities are included: Hydro, Heat, Central AC, water, washer/dryer, and unlimited high-speed wireless Internet.
