| Hello, I am a 31 year old teacher with a teaching contract for September looking for a place in and around Scarborough. I can provide letter of employment, proof of good credit and more. I am looking for place with my own private washroom and preferably with own private kitchen too (like a basement or studio) Budget is 2000 and under. All (or most) utilities must be included and it must be furnished and cat friendly as I have a cat. I strongly prefer my own private entrance. I don't smoke and only drink occasionally. |
