| Quiet, single working 25 year old male. Recently got a job in simcoe and looking for a long term rental. No pets, children and I don’t smoke. Looking for a quiet, relatively priced unit so I can pretty much work, keep my head down and sleep in my own space. Open to a 2 bedroom if it’s relatively priced. Backyard preferred but not necessary. I can provide first and lasts month rent, along with past landlord references, letter of employment and pay stubs.
