| Nice open concept walk out .I added new paint ,new carpet,new curtains and blinds and it’s partly furnished with a fridge and kitchen table and a little love seat and coffee table.What ever you don’t have I’m sure I can get what you need I want to have as much as possible as far as sharing the kitchen so you don’t need to use it that much .You definitely need to wash your dishes and use the stove and share bathroom which is I’m a very nice and clean person so I’m the most part it would be like a little apartment down there. I did a lot of work down there to get it to what it is .Anything you’re not sure of just ask I’ll be more than happy to answer you accommodate you. 900 a month and if you need parking another 50 .Hope this finds someone well .Thank you .
