It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the college. All utilities are included. We also provide free furniture and free WiFi. The requirements are simple: NO SMOKING/DRUGS, NO PETS, NO PARTIES in the house. Only ONE tenant allowed per room. MALE tenants only. College students and male workers are preferred. Additionally, tenants should maintain quiet hours after 11 PM. You are more than welcome to come and take a look.
