| This is one room available for rent in a large, two bathroom, four bedroom house (all other rooms are currently occupied). Ac, central heating, in house laundry and basement storage. Room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is. Looking for someone able to provide a credit check as well as first and last. Parking is not available as the other tenants have cars but street parking is allowed. Internet is $11 a month per person and rent is all inclusive ($600). Landlord will not accept OW so you must have a source of different income, will not reply to people unable to provide proof of employment and a credit check. We do have a cat in the house but landlord will not accept more pets. Looking for people around the tenants age, preferably in their early 20s. |
