| Hi, my name is Kieya and I'm looking for roommate(s). It can go a couple ways depending on who is interested and how many people based of my houses layout. Available August 1 of this year. So I am renting the downstairs; your own bathroom, living room and large bedroom with walk in closet. As well a a little area that can be used as a kitchenette/dining room. Now depending on whose interested and how much they want to pay there is a second bedroom as well. You'd have your own entrance. And laundry would be downstairs to share. Upstairs would be the shared kitchen. If you have any questions please let me know. I'm looking for about 1300. But would be asking more if the second bedroom down there is wanted. I have 2 kids and pets. Trampoline, huge backyard, beautiful neighborhood. All bills including internet are included. I dont currently have pictures of the area, but can get them. My current roommate has made quiet the mess. So waiting for her to clean up. |
