| I am looking to rent the finished attic in my apartment for $1200. You can pick your move in date and duration of stay, I’m flexible. The apartment is the upper unit (2nd floor + finished attic) in an air conditioned house that has been converted to a duplex. The 1st floor has 2 small bedrooms, bathroom, and an open concept kitchen and living space. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, and freezer. At the top of the stairs is a washer & dryer. The top floor is the finished attic that will serve as a 3rd bedroom. The building is non-smoking, but there is a large front porch if you 420. There is a municipal lot 1 block away if you require a parking space, there are no spots available on the property. Located only a few blocks from the university/downtown Stratford. Please be open-minded/tolerant: I have friends in the queer community will visit regularly. Furniture and food can be worked out, just ask. |
