| Looking for a student to rent a room in a co-ed student home. Room available on the main floor of our bungalow in Thorold, ON. There is a full bathroom on the main floor with a tub/shower that is shared with two other students. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is shared by all tenants. There is a second fridge in the basement. Main floor living/dining room, basement rec room, and laundry room are shared spaces in the home. There is a small backyard and side yard with a shed and picnic table. Parking for two cars in the driveway and free parking on the street. Brock University is only a five minute drive away or a 15 minute bus ride (5 minute walk to the bus stop). Must like cats! Rent includes wifi and all utilities. The room is available September 1st and rent is $700. This is for an 8 or 12 month lease. Last months rent and reference letters required to secure room. Serious inquiries only.Show less |
