| Hello, I am posting on behalf of two of my staff. They are working professionals, with one of them relocating to work for me. They are seeking a 2 bedroom accommodation in or near downtown Port Arthur to be close to work and LU. They both work full-time in the downtown core, and one is a University student beginning in September as well. They are both non-smokers, do not party, and like to keep a clean tidy home. One of them has a 12 year old, neutered, male, indoor cat. Does not need to be furnished, but if you have a furnished unit that is okay as well. They can afford up to $1400 per month and would prefer utilities included (hydro, gas, water).
