No Laundry on site but there are a number of laundromats on Bloor or College nearby. There is a TV in the Living room with Crave/ Hbo and other apps installed. Want to rent to someone responsible, clean and quiet. The downstairs neighbours on the 1st floor are really nice and quiet.
