| This is a fully-furnished and well-maintained, shared 3-room condo by Eaton Center. The rent is all-inclusive, including hyro and high speed internet, and monthly maid cleaning service. The room for rent is a comfortable medium-large sized room (fully furnished), available to move in from April 21 (earliest) or from May 1st, 2024. Flexible lease term with minimal 4 months required for condo regulation (and after the initial lease term, it can go by either month-by-month or for longer renewable term). The suite is a hotel-style newly renovated 3-room + 2-bathroom unit. The room for rent has a queen sized bed and a 55-inch large TV and a 3-deck work station, with dressers and drawers, and you'll also have a personal closet by the room with big mirrors. You'll be sharing the bathroom with only 1 flat mate (a young professional, at mid 20's to early 30's). You'll share comfortable common areas (kitchen, living room, balcony) with a total of 2 responsible and friendly flat mates (1 as described above, and another young professional living in the master bedroom with her own bathroom in-suite). All flatmates are at their mid 20's-to-early 30's. We are looking for a single person tenant (not a couple please), non-smoker and no pet. Toronto's most desirable, central downtown location at Bay and Dundas. Hotel style suite with luxurious interior design. All-inclusive monthly rent, including hydro (electricity, hot water), high-speed Wi-Fi, free Neflix movies/TV shows (including a TV in the room), as well as monthly suite cleaning service. Comfortable bedding materials for relaxing and comfortable sleep quality. Shower towels, hair dryer, blankets, extra bed sets, indoor and outdoor sleepers, kitchen cookware and dining cutlery, etc. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable living. 1 parking space is available with additional price included in the rent, if needed. The apartment has extraordinary balcony views to city's landmarks CN Tower and the City Hall. In-suit laundry washer and dryer. Full kitchen, dish washer, microwave, standard fridge, oven, stove, and in-suite AC and Heating control, etc. Building amenities include 24-hr security, gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi (hot tub), sauna, steam room, 2-floor party room, meeting room, pool table, and a very nice rooftop terrace with BBQ set and extraordinary views to the city's landmarks. Location: you can't find better location in the city: Longos Supermarket is very conveniently located on the 1st floor of the building; building surrounded by lots of restaurants with affordable menus, convenience stores, and Starbucks; 1-minute walk to both the University subway and Young subway lines (Dundas and St. Patrick subway stations); 2-minute walk to Eaton Center, Dundas Square, Nathan Phillip Square, Canadian Tire, Best Buy; 3-minute walk the SickKids Hospital, 4-5 minutes to Ryerson University and Toronto major hospitals (Toronto General, St. Michael's Hospital, Princess Margarete Hospital, etc.). Easy access to financial and entertainment districts. Available for occupancy from April 21 (earliest), or May 1st, 2024, for $1750/month.
