The bathroom is shared with the female owner. The entrance to the house is at the back, through the backyard. The laundry is a shared facility between 2 more tenants. PARKING INFORMATION One option is to park your car on a Woodbine Ave., which is a subject to availability. City street parking permit can be obtained for $100 a month.
