INFORMATION ABOUT SHARED SPACE: the entrance to the house is shared. To get there your apartment, which located on the second floor of the house you have to take a shared staircase. The bathroom is shared with the female owner. The entrance to the house is at the back, through the backyard. The laundry is a shared facility between 2 more tenants. PARKING INFORMATION One option is to park your car on a Woodbine Ave., which is a subject to availability. City street parking permit can be obtained for $100 a month. Short term parking permit is also available. I recommend to get the permit for Boardwalk Dr. There are always some available spots from my experience.
