| Hi there, Want to live in a beautiful apartment located in the affluent Deer Park/Forrest Hill neighborhood with lots of sunlight and great energy? You will be living at a 1-2 min walking distance to St. Clair subway station (Yonge-St.Clair), grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and all amenities, including beautiful ravines and parks! You would be lodging in a private room and sharing the apartment with one other person in a 2-bedroom apartment. Utilities and internet are included. This is a short-term lease. Alternative lease options may be considered depending on fit. This space cannot accommodate any overnight guests. In rare and extenuating circumstance, if overnight guests are to use the apartment, you will be charged $45/night for each day of your guest's stay. I am looking to welcome a clean, hygienic, friendly, quiet, respectful and responsible person who is mindful and respectful of shared spaces. MUST BE A CAT LOVER. I have two very sweet and adorable cats. Essentialism (owning material objects that are essential) has given me a lot of freedom and helps me keep my space clutter-free easily. Space is most ideal for an essentialist/minimalist and vegetarian/vegan. The kitchen is suitable for plant-based cooking and storing only. A little about me: I meditate and lead have good lifestyle habits. I like to go to bed early and prefer someone who has a lifestyle where they are quiet and prioritize self-care. I love life and enjoy smiling and laughing often. I keep things simple and easy. I volunteer quite a bit for social causes and care for an equitable world. I'm a huge lover of cats and enjoy dogs as well. I've fostered hundreds of cats over the last couple of decades and I have loved every moment. I've had wonderful lodgers in the past and we have gone on to become great friends. I love being around kind, compassionate, loving and easy-going folks and looking to make my guest feel welcomed and safe in my sanctuary.
