Someone who is organized/clean, professional and friendly to share the apartment. Location: Jarvis st. & Isabella St., next to Church/Wellesley Village. Description: • Spacious and bright den space with big windows. • Furnished: sofa bed (twin/queen size), dresser, desk table, shelf, closet, kitchen items, coffee machine, toaster grill. • All utilities included (Internet & Hydro). • 7 min walk to 3 subway stations (Bloor-Yonge, Sherbourne & Wellesley). • Several supermarkets 5-10min walk (NoFrills, Freshco, Rabba, Convenience Store, Winerack, Dollarama). • 3 min walk to Church St. which has lots of bars and nightlife. Conditions: • First and last month ($850 + $850) • Mininum 3 months. • Month to month basis. • Must be clean, respectful and like plants :) Available on July preferably 2nd week.
