| This is a furnished room for one with lots of light near Dundas west and Dufferin. It has a western window, is air conditioned, with a great sunset view. There is a shared bathroom with one other person. The room doesn't have access to a kitchen, but there are appliances in the room....a small fridge, a toaster oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a blender if you want one. The set up works out to be quite independent. The room and building is quiet. The other person who shares the apartment is female. It includes utilities and wifi. I wouldn't mind trying it for one month, and seeing how it goes if someone wants it for a longer term, but one month is ok. There is a good sized closet ,and a queen sized bed. No smoking in the unit and non smokers are preferred. There is a laundry room in the building. There are a lot of cafes, bakeries, shops, groceries steps from the building and is on 24 hour transit.
