| We've got a 10' x 9.75' unfurnished bedroom available in our shared apartment for December 1st. Rent is $820 per month. First and last is required upon accepting an offer. The room is south-facing with a window and a small closet. It’s cozy yet functional and can fit a double bed. The apartment is a three-bedroom on the second floor of a house. Two people and a cat already live here. We have a bathroom with a tub, a fully furnished living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, as well as a small attic with extra storage space. The living room overlooks the shared backyard and garden. The $820 rent includes wifi, free shared laundry (in the basement), central air, and all utilities. The apartment is at Dupont and bike-friendly Shaw. It's steps from the Ossington (63) and Dupont (26) buses, or a 7-minute walk right to Ossington subway station. Street parking is available with a paid permit from the city. We're in a quiet Portuguese neighbourhood. We have a local cafe steps away. There's a Farm Boy right down the street, or Fiesta Farms, Loblaws, or Freshco within a 10-minute walk. Christie Pits Park is a 10-minute walk with smaller parks even closer. Easy access to Koreatown, the Annex, the Junction Triangle, and the Ossington/College strip. We are here to stay, and we're looking for someone who wants to settle in and share a home with like-minded folks, not just rent a room from strangers. We're looking for someone 30+. Please be queer-friendly and sex-positive. If you're tidy, respectful, not into partying at home, enjoy the company of a cat, and looking to stay for at least one year, this might be the place for you. We thrive on open and honest communication. We want to get to know you and be friendly at home. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any more pets, nor can we accept any additional furniture in the living room or kitchen. Emma is interested in musical theatre, DIY projects, and is currently training to become an electrician. Stella is an accountant and CPA student, who is interested in comic books and music.
