| The space that is for rent is for 2 studious quiet non-smoking students / youth of the same gender (2 males or 2 females, 17 to 23 years old), possibly unknown to each other who will keep their area clean and tidy. The price is $750 each and this price includes 3 good meals a day (you supply your own beverages, snacks and desserts). Central AC, cable, Wi-Fi, and electricity are also included. This place is near Yonge and College with the subway steps away. The 600 square feet of the common area is your space to share with another student when sleeping at night. This is a shared space but for an extra charge you can have the area when sleeping at night for yourself. This extremely large area is not a private room as there is no door. This is the living area, dining area, kitchen, and study area when not sleeping at night. During regular up-hours, I, a retired senior male, also use this area, I sleep in the master bedroom. This is for Aug. 1 or when you need it, sooner or later is fine. Walking is 5 minutes to Toronto Metropolitan University and the Eaton Centre, 10 minutes to U of T and the Financial District, and 15 minutes to George Brown College on King St. East.
