| This is for any time between Dec. 1 and Jan. 4 or when needed. You will be a second quiet non-smoking male student / youth (17 to 23 years old). Each student will keep their area clean and tidy. The price is $750 each and this price includes 3 good meals a day. Central AC/Heat, cable, Wi-Fi, and electricity are also included as well as all cleaning supplies. This place is near Yonge and College with the subway steps away. When at home we live like a family of 3. You need nothing except your clothes and personal hygienic products. Walking is 5 minutes to Toronto Metropolitan University and the Eaton Centre, 10 minutes to U of T and the Financial District, and 15 minutes to George Brown College on King St. East.
